About the owner
Momentum was founded by a registered nurse who grew up in Idaho Falls, Bridger Carpenter. His expertise is primarily in home health and hospice, finding his passion in serving those who need it most. He understands that every patient has different needs, always looking for anyway to holistically care for his patients. When he is not serving the community, he enjoys fly fishing, camping, and spending time with his family.
Momentum was built on the values of positivity, service, and excellent caregiving. Our founder believes no one should ever feel ignored or unheard, especially at home during vulnerable times. Every patient is treated like a neighbor, because they are. We go the extra mile to make sure that care is personal, respectful, and truly responsive to the goals and wishes of patients and their families.
